BIIAB NATIONAL CERTIFICATE FOR PERSONAL LICENSE HOLDERS
It is now the law in England & Wales that everyone who authorises the sale of alcohol to the public must hold a personal licence. In order to be granted a licence you must hold a licensing qualification such as the BIIAB NCPLH.
