Liquor Licensing Training
Anyone who is involved in the sale of alcohol has legal and social responsibilities that must be met. The Award in Responsible Alcohol Retailing (ARAR) provides the essential knowledge required to enable those authorised to sell alcohol by a personal licence holder to do so legally and responsibly.
It is now the law in England & Wales that everyone who authorises the sale of alcohol to the public must hold a personal licence. In order to be granted a licence you must hold a licensing qualification such as the BIIAB National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH).
